Welcome to Atelier Taoban Store. By accessing or purchasing from our boutique, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Every piece is made-to-order by master tailors. Prices are listed in US Dollars and may change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
An order is confirmed once payment is verified through our secure provider, Paystack. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; express overnight is available at checkout. Made-to-order pieces require an additional 5–7 days of atelier preparation before dispatch.
Unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. Bespoke and final-sale archival pieces are exempt. Contact the concierge to begin a return.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
