Welcome to Atelier Taoban Store. By accessing or purchasing from our boutique, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Every piece is made-to-order by master tailors. Prices are listed in US Dollars and may change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
An order is confirmed once payment is verified through our secure provider, Paystack. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; express overnight is available at checkout. Made-to-order pieces require an additional 5–7 days of atelier preparation before dispatch.
Unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. Bespoke and final-sale archival pieces are exempt. Contact the concierge to begin a return.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
By creating an account or signing in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Your electronic acceptance (checking the compliance checkbox) constitutes a legally binding signature under applicable electronic commerce and digital signature laws.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. In particular, customer data tokens are fully anonymized and transaction histories are strictly excluded from machine learning model training datasets. See Section 7 of the Privacy Policy for full details.
All content on this boutique — including designs, photographs, logos, and copy — is the property of Atelier Taoban and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier Taoban shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
These terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Atelier Taoban is registered.
