1. What We Collect

Account details (name, email), order and shipping information, and wishlist and bag contents tied to your account so your boutique follows you across devices.

2. How We Use It

To fulfill orders, process payments via Paystack, send transactional emails (welcome, resets, order confirmations), and improve the boutique. We never sell your personal data.

3. Payments

Card and bank details are processed exclusively by Paystack over encrypted, PCI-compliant connections. Atelier Taoban never sees or stores your full payment credentials.

4. Cookies, Sessions & Advertising

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your bag. Analytics, where enabled, is aggregated and anonymous. If you do not check "Remember Me," your session cookie expires when you close your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies are ever set on sign-in, checkout, account, bag, or other utility screens.

5. Your Rights

Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to concierge@ateliertaoban.com. Deletion removes your account, orders history, bag and wishlist.

6. Retention & Security

Order records are retained for accounting and warranty purposes. Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes, and admin access is role-restricted and audited.

7. AI & Automated Data Usage

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services, personalize your experience, and optimize operations. Your privacy is protected by the following guarantees:

• ●Full Anonymization: All customer data tokens used for machine learning or analytics are fully anonymized. No personally identifiable information (PII) — including names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, or payment details — is ever included in training datasets.
• ●Transaction History Exclusion: Your individual purchase history, order details, product views, cart activity, and wishlist contents are strictly excluded from all machine learning model training datasets. These records remain private and are used only for order fulfillment, customer support, and account security.
• ●Aggregated Only: Any data used for model training is aggregated at the cohort level (e.g., "60% of users prefer size M") and cannot be traced back to any individual customer.
• ●No Third-Party Sharing: Anonymized data is never shared with third-party AI model providers, advertising networks, or data brokers.
• ●Audit Trail: All data pipeline access is logged and auditable. You may request a report of how your data has been processed by contacting concierge@ateliertaoban.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
