Every confirmation email carries your order reference. Enter it on the Track Order page, or open the order in your account for live status.
Unworn pieces in original packaging within 14 days qualify for exchange or store credit. Archival final-sale and bespoke pieces are exempt.
Cards, bank transfer and USSD through Paystack — encrypted and PCI-compliant. We never see or store card details.
