Unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

· Unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
· Start from your account order page or by contacting the concierge.

· Choose exchange at return request — replacement ships once your return is inspected.
· Size exchanges for the same piece ship free.

· Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
· Shipping fees are non-refundable except for our errors.

· Write concierge@ateliertaoban.com with your order number and photos where relevant.
· The concierge arranges courier collection from your address within 24 hours.

Keep proof of postage until your refund lands, and never return an item without an approved request — unapproved parcels cannot be processed.
